Why do I do this?
The cheesy truth is that my mother is the reason I'm in theatre. If not for her, I may never have gotten over my stage fright. Thankfully she pushed me out of my comfort zone and onto the stage where I found myself flourishing like I never thought I could. That 8th grade production of Mary Poppins set me down a path of creativity, art, passion, and joy. I couldn't be more grateful for it.
